Trilsonali Refund and Returns Policy

At Trilsonali, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we have a simple and clear refund and return policy in place to assist you.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to process and appear in your account. The return shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or defective item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including the return shipping costs. To facilitate this process, please send us pictures of the damaged or incorrect items.
